1. Subscription Fees

All subscription payments are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

2. Credits

  • AI video credits are non-refundable once used
  • Unused credits may expire depending on your plan

3. Exceptions

Refunds may be granted at our sole discretion in cases of:

  • Billing errors
  • Technical failures preventing service delivery

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will remain active until the end of your billing cycle.
